True Luxury Vacation Homes is the short-term rental management company of Nikole and Matthew Varga. We started by hosting our own homes in Barrie about six years ago and have since welcomed guests who've left more than 450 reviews. One of our homes, a farmhouse outside the city, ranks among Barrie's top-10 earning short-term rentals (AirDNA, Oct 2026).
